COCONUT CREEK, Fla. (April 17, 2017) – Seminole Casino Coconut Creek will soon house a new Asian cuisine restaurant called The Bol.

Construction is already underway for the 50-seat dining venue which will be situated near the main valet entrance, in close proximity to the Player’s Club Xperience. It will be similar to The Bol restaurant located in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.

“We’re excited about bringing this dining experience to Seminole Casino Coconut Creek,” said Eric Douglas, operating partner of The Bol. “We opened the restaurant in Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood four years ago and it has been a big success. It was only natural to expand to this property.”

The Bol will feature a menu of authentic Vietnamese and Chinese specialty dishes. Traditional ingredients will be utilized to deliver fragrant, balanced flavors along with excellent taste. The restaurant’s design elements incorporate Feng Shui principles and embodies a modern, aesthetic feel, yet retains traditional Asian detailing and symbolism.

“We’re expecting The Bol to be well-received by guests of all cultures,” added Douglas. “Clearly, it will complement the property’s ‘Live the Good Life’ theme.”

Douglas said the culinary staff will represent both Chinese and Vietnamese origins, while specializing in Cantonese and modern traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

The Bol will be the eighth dining venue at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek joining NYY Steak, Sorrisi, Fresh Harvest, 1^st Street Deli, Sunset Grill, Nectar and the level2 bar.
